§ 94-141. Applicability of F.S. ch. 120.

Latest version.

The provisions of F.S. ch. 120 shall apply to the commission to the same extent that they apply to the Florida PERC, except that for purposes of F.S. § 120.545, the committee shall be the legislative body.
