If any provision in this chapter is found to be contrary to any other existing county
ordinance, code, rule or regulation covering the same subject matter, this chapter
shall supersede all other such ordinances, codes, rules or regulations to the extent
that this chapter is in conflict therewith. Further, nothing in this chapter is intended
to relieve the applicant or the owner from obtaining all other permits otherwise required
by law or regulation.
