§ 74-33. Officers; meetings; quorum.

  • (a)

    The council shall elect one of its members as chairman. Other offices, if any, shall be created by the council.

    (b)

    The council shall meet at least once each month, at such other times as the council may determine and at any other time at the call of the chairman. It shall adopt rules for the transaction of business and keep a record of its transactions, resolutions, findings, determinations and recommendations, which records shall be a public record.

    (c)

    At all meetings of the council there shall be 11 members required for a quorum. No official business of the council shall be transacted unless a quorum is present.
