This article is adopted in compliance with and pursuant to chapter 78-601, Laws of
Florida, Rule 62-209, Florida Administrative Code, and F.S. §§ 125.275 and 403.182.
Upon adoption of this article, municipalities within Pinellas County, Florida, are
hereby preempted, pursuant to the above authority, from adoption of any ordinance
pertaining to air quality.
