§ 26-176. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Business means and includes every kind of commercial establishment, occupation, calling, or operation of institutions where members of the public are served food, drink or alcoholic beverages.
