Notwithstanding of [sic] any other law to the contrary, the property, monies, and
other assets of the authority and all revenues or other income of the authority shall
be exempt from all taxation, licenses, fees or other charges of any kind imposed by
the state or by the county or by any municipality, political subdivision, taxing district
or other public agency or body of the state.
