The use of the Toytown Landfill, bounded by I-275 on the west, I-275 and Roosevelt
Boulevard on the north, Ninth Street on the east and 102nd Avenue North on the south,
and other existing disposal areas may be utilized so as to accommodate proper phaseout,
if desired, in accordance with applicable health and sanitary standards. The county
shall continue the utilization of Toytown until no longer feasible and shall complete
final development of the land bounded by I-275 on the west, I-275 and Roosevelt Boulevard
on the north, Ninth Street on the east, and 102nd Avenue North on the south, in accordance
with applicable federal, state and local laws.
