§ 102-27. Collection of welfare funds from recipient or his estate—Settlement of claims.

The board of county commissioners is hereby authorized and empowered to enforce, reduce to judgment, satisfy, compromise, settle, subordinate, release, or otherwise dispose of any debt or lien imposed under this article upon a recipient of welfare funds or his property.
